Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing (Ready-to-Ship Items)

  • We process and pack orders in 1–5 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
  • After your order ships, you will get a tracking number by email.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are items that are not ready to ship yet.

  • The product page will show an estimated ship date (example: “Ships in 2–4 weeks”).
  • If your order includes both pre-order + ready-to-ship items, we may:
  • Ship everything together when the pre-order is ready, or
  • Ship separately (this depends on the order).
  • Pre-order ship dates are estimates and can change a little due to production or supply delays. If anything changes, we will email you.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

  • Shipping cost is shown at checkout.
  • Delivery time depends on the carrier and your location. Once it’s shipped, delivery is usually 2–7 business days in the U.S. (may vary).

Address Issues

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you may need to pay for reshipping.

Lost / Stolen Packages

  • DB Hat Co is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is missing, email us thedbhatco@gmail.com and we’ll help you file a claim or figure out next steps.
